In House Commercial Leasing Agent
As the Leasing Agent of our properties, you work directly for the Owner and are responsible for showing available office space, crafting lease proposals, closing new tenants, and managing, renewing, and expanding current tenant leasing needs.
This is a fast-paced job where connecting with tenants, knowledge of our available space, and floor planning is paramount.
This is a salaried position:
$70,000.
00
bonuses in multiples of $10-15,000 are in place when individual goals are achieved.
Hours are Monday through Friday with no weekends.
The ideal candidate has a history of success in Sales
works well unsupervised
is goal and money motivated.
Bachelor's degree in a business related field.
History of success in sales.
Computer skills, including email and video conferencingMust be organized, detail-oriented and results-drivenMust have excellent communication skills (both oral and written)Must build rapport quicklyMust possess good time management, scheduling, and calendar management skillsResponsibilities include:
Promptly follow up on leads delivered from the Corporate Marketing Department to schedule showings and secure leases.
Business development through our corporate neighbors' program.
