The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, possess excellent customer service skills and can quickly learn to multitask and prioritize.
The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of visitors through the office and for providing quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer questions and provide basic information to patients in a courteous and professional manner.
Verify and record new patients' names, addresses, phone numbers, and insurance information.
Arrange and confirm patient appointments.
Enter medical data into a computer.
Knowledgeably direct incoming calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
Use general computer applications.
Distribute information to patients and staff.
